On the heels of a successful career in visual merchandising and display production, KD Fikso hung out her own shingle over a decade ago. Since then, she’s helped clients of all sorts and sizes, and her well-established color consulting and interior design business continues to grow.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, KD Fikso relocated to Denver in 1998; her education in History, Fine Art, and Textile Design came along for the ride. Over the years, she’s gained a wealth of hands-on design experience, and a reputation as a go-to resource for “all things color.”
KD actively seeks out new insights and methods of increasing her capabilities. In 2012, her passion for color resulted in an opportunity to study with Lee Eiseman, the director of the Pantone Color Institute. Additionally, KD’s savvy advice on color, paint, and design appears in The Denver Post as well as in regional interior design magazines.
As a huge fan of both challenge and collaboration, KD’s unique mix of experience, warmth, and enthusiasm make her a highly sought-after color consultant and interior designer.
